Subscription and Billing

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorized payment processor and merchant of record. By subscribing to our Service:

• You agree to Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy
• Paddle will handle all billing, invoicing, and payment processing
• Paddle will collect applicable taxes based on your location
• Your payment information is stored securely by Paddle, not by Us

Billing Cycles

• Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same date each month
• Annual subscriptions are billed once per year and include a 20% discount
• Billing begins at the end of your free trial period

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Any price changes will:

• Be communicated to You at least 30 days in advance
• Take effect at the start of Your next billing cycle
• Not affect the current billing period

Free Trial

Trial Terms

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users:

• No credit card is required to start the trial
• Full access to the selected plan features during the trial
• Trial automatically ends after 14 days if not converted to a paid subscription
• Only one free trial per person or organization

Trial Conversion

At the end of Your free trial:

• You may choose to subscribe to a paid plan
• If You do not subscribe, Your access to paid features will be suspended
• Your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be deleted

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to the Service, no credit card required. This trial period allows You to fully evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription.

Refund Policy

Because we offer a generous free trial period, our refund policy is as follows:

• Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly plans are not eligible for refunds. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of Your current billing period.
• Annual Subscriptions: If You cancel an annual subscription, You will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of Your subscription term.

• Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days

Acceptable Use

Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Service only for:

• Purposes consistent with the Service's intended functionality

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful data

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of Your transmissions or content

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate Your account at any time by:

• Cancelling Your subscription through Your account settings
• Contacting Us to request account deletion

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend Your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• You fail to pay applicable fees
• Continued provision of Service is not commercially viable

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete Your Content after 30 days (unless legally required to retain)
