Welcome to ContextDx

ContextDx turns scattered architecture knowledge into a living, queryable system map. It builds a knowledge graph from your code and docs, keeps it in sync as the system changes, and answers questions about it in plain language — so you can understand complex systems, plan changes with confidence, and share that understanding across your team.

How it works

Three stages: you bring in Sources (code, docs, URLs), make sense of them in your Workspace — Boards, Insights, and Chat — then Publish read-only boards your team can self-serve.

Sources → Workspace (Boards · Insights · Chat) → Publish

What makes it different

  • Stays current. Boards track your real sources — not a diagram that rots the moment you stop updating it.
  • Answers in plain language. Ask where auth lives or what depends on payments, and get an answer — or a board — scoped to your role.
  • Works without a model. The plugin reasons inside your own Claude Code session: map, sync, run insights, and publish with no model connection. Connect one later only if you want Chat.

Quick Start

See it on your own code in about 15 minutes.

Advanced

Model a whole system across repos, layers, and docs.

Org Intelligence

Make many boards one queryable, org-wide landscape.

First time here? Accessing your workspace

Click your invitation link and sign in with SSO, then pick your primary role (Developer, Architect, CTO, PM…). You'll land in your workspace with a Root Board already waiting.

Your role tailors how Chat answers — a developer asking "what are the system boundaries?" gets a different answer than a CTO asking the same thing.
